The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the best massacre that NEVER took place in Texas.
Oh do it again!! Surely it's high time for a cull??
While you're at it, Plymouth could do with losing a few lol!
Just how convenient is that!!
I'm in Plymouth...methinks the 'Free Pasty' campaign should be planning for the Summer months...bwahahahaha!!
Did you know that there's a Plymouth in America? We have a "Plymouth" rock as well as a car.
Poor you:/ There is no escape!!

Re: I'll Never Eat Another Banana - Ever
Ate about 7 in one go as a young child, was terribly ill (on the day of my grandfather's funeral: I was four, wasn't allowed in, and remember wandering about the graves lol)...
I've not eaten fruit since, strawberries and melon only;)
can i manhandle you?
I mean your luggage?
I think you and Sue both got enough of that at the last fetish party lol!!
never get enough goth gropage mmmmm
You know that, if there was a bridge between Normandy and Devon, I'd drive you and your 24 suitcases to Whitby (though that damned long bridge would be kinda scary). When is it, by the way?
whereabouts in Normandy if i might ask?
Saint-Lô, a boring little city, mostly administrative, entirely destroyed on June 6th, 1944, and rebuilt in the 50s.
hey, i think that St-Lo is a beautiful town - esp. the massive magnolias around teh top of the old bit, when they are in bloom - and the market is excellent.
besides, we broke the news about Sue being pregnant in the big cafe just off the market square there...
Sorry for replying late, but I had a computer crash the other day and forgot to came back here to reply when I reinstalled everything.
Yes, that part of Saint-Lô is not so bad. It's not so terrible, I admit, but it's still a little boring. Sometimes, I like it. It's quiet. But I like the old buildings, and they're so rare in Saint-Lô.
That café is the "Grand Balcon". I can easily understand why you remember it. :D It's curious, because I remember that moment for my daughter (it was not official, though, just a pregnancy test baught in a pharmacy, but it guess it was the same thing for you, since it was in a café, lol), but not for my son.
Well, there is the ferry from Roscoff to Plymouth...but I'm going on Friday morning, coming back daytime Monday;)
I would have to drive to Roscoff? At least 4 hours, I guess, probably more. If I wanted to go to Plymouth, I'd take the ferry from Cherbourg to Portsmouth or Southampton, I think.
