I would have slept better if it weren't for the damn telesales bastard intent on being my very own personal wake-up call this morning.


As it was, I ran round with Shauny yesterday and took lots of damn good photos - had a FANTASTIC afternoon (spicy beanburgers in Jakes, pot of tea for two in Cafe Rouge, makeover in Dingles...), then spent the evening developing/processing the film we'd shot and doing contact sheets/initial prints, and then a full night shift from 10pm till six-am, so by the time I got to bed this morning (7am) I was thoroughly knackered...

Then those telesales/insurance BASTARDS kept ringing me on the hour every hour from 9am onwards... I gave them a few choice words when I got up on the third call at 10:30.

I am now sat here, nearly 11am, off to college for a film lecture in a minute - had three and a half hours sleep, and when I get back (round 3pm most likely), I am GOING BACK TO BED AND UNPLUGGING THE PHONE FOR THREE HOURS!!!

my best way for a good nites sleep is, i have a very large peice of Black Tourmaline that sits on my bed head, this helps by calming the mind and relieving stress as well as protecting from psychic attack and repeling negitive energy, then i always have a cup of RedBush tea while sat up in bed and then put a single drop of pure lavendar oil either side of my pillow, and i find i always sleep really well. plus the lavendar keeps the bugs and creapy crawlies away..lol

though all this goes out the window if ive been drinking, then i just flop into bed and pass out..lol

another good way of getting to sleep is practice making babies for a few hours until you cant move anymore, that always works really well too..LOL :)

but always remember to turn off or unplug the phone reguardless of anything else..lol

I keep a piece of Amethyst under my pillow, and have a lavender 'beddy bear' lol... Also a large black velvet curtain alongside the bed to make a 'cave'. Nothing short of ripping the phone out of the wall will fix this though...

The only way I can properly sleep is a few glasses of red wine - but then the dreams that come are pretty disturbing lol!!

Redbush tea - I have some of that... Does that make you sleepy?
