I'm a bit low because my finances before xmas are pretty much fucked...had a lot of days off sick with flu last month, and, as a result, haven't got enough cash to stretch to paying all the bills let alone buy food or anything else...so this morning I stayed up after work, went to my parents and then went to the bank at 9:30am to apply for a new loan...pay off the 2 small ones (2 grand and 1 grand at 17.9% each) and get an 8k loan (6.4%) instead...bit daunting spreading it over 7 years, but I really have no choice atm...some circumstances from last year have left me financially crippled for a long time...hopefully this will solve things and I can then concentrate on earning more cash after xmas. Maybe managerial at work or something...
Got back from the bank at 11am...tried to sleep at my parents for an hour or so...but only managed about 45 mins...someone was doing road works outside I think...and mother was playing one of the two pianos downstairs (a baby grand in the living/music room and an upright in the dining room...they live in a very big victorian terrace house in Hartley).
Went to theatre at 1:30pm, rehearsed till 5pm then sat on the barbican waiting for a lift home...a small orange tabby cat sat on my lap there for 20 minutes hoping for a bit of fish from the tourists...it was called Snitz and lives on the Barbican according to it's collar...sweet thing...I felt like saying "We meet again Mr Bond" everytime a tourist walked past and looked at me as if I was a mentalist out with my own cat lolol
Anyway...it's 6:30pm now...I've been up 27 and a half hours...I'm absolutely drained to the point of collapse and so I'm off to bed.
Night diary, see you when I crawl out of my coffin tommorrow...
*sigh* goth? what is this word? you only know what
it is you feel. you have no patience for my
labels. you are what you are. goth is overrated
when you think about it. so is everything else
to you. Dog's A Vapour. recently out. as you
might have been. it is the most thought
provoking use of music and tone you have ever
heard. listen up. the end part is a blast.
