PUBLIC APOLOGY [Oct. 19th, 2003|04:07 pm]
Miss Von Trapp
[Mood |apologetic]
[Music |Random tracks off a PERFECT cd...]

I was rather drunk last night.

I wasn't merely 'rather' drunk...I was ROARING DRUNK!!!!!!!

Staggering around like an idiot...obsessing over my phone...near falling over...

Oh dear I was very very very hammered indeed...

My excuse is that I hadn't eaten all day...and then put away an entire bottle of red wine and a pint of carling...bad idea. I'm not sure that I was the best company as I kept running off to use my phone, and doing my best to avoid spotty teenagers who kept trying to chat me up by talking about 'goff' music having gleaned vague and incorrect information from their big sisters cd collections...

Neither was I very happy about the fact that a guy I have known since I was about 15 on and off as a friend (not naming names but he was originally from church and stuff waaay back) persisted in attempting to hold me and stick his tongue down my throat/in my face and wouldn't get the hint and fuck off when I said 'No! I'm not interested, and besides, I have a boyfriend...'. Seriously pissing me off he was.

Quite frankly, I wasn't remotely interested in being in such a cattle market of blerks/birds AT ALL...and was desperately trying to use my phone in an underground hole with no signal and a dead/dying battery...

I didn't really want to be there. I wanted to be somewhere else entirely...in another city...

(subject closed)

God! I had such a hangover this morning...I've been in rehearsals all day, suffering muchly, and now I'm off to my parents in a couple of hours to do some cello practice.

I'm never going to drink in that quantity again...at least for a VERY long time...and I'll make sure I've eaten as well...

"persisted in attempting to hold me and stick his tongue down my throat"

bite tongue- hard enough to hold it, knee rises gently into their groin to show you know where it is. Keep eye contact, with an expression in the eyes about how *very* serious the trouble the other person is in. Wait a few moments, then let go. If they still stick around, they deserve everything they get.

This technique shown to me by a female friend in a London pub some years ago.... never seen a man go so white so fast

Ever seen Night of the Demons? There was a part where someone was Frenching, and then the chick turned into a demon, and bit his tongue right off.

That was 'Night of the Demon'.

As I recall quite a new technique (for the time) with the train track/approaching demon at the end. Superb film!!

Nope. It was made in 1990. Has Linnea Quigly - the girl from Silent Night, Deadly Night and Return of the Living Dead.

Well thankfully it didn't get that far...it was more like open-mouthed lunge-ing Jaws...(the shark, not the Bond char)...which I had to turn my face to avoid...

I left shortly after, and staggered home in zig-zags on and off the pavement lolol!!!!

Great advice tho! I'll remember it!!!!!
